The aim of this event is to bring together key players in biotechnology sector in Europe and introduce the R&D potential of Turkey. We expect this meeting will provide new insights to the participants and get them acquaintance with potential local partners and foster R&D collaboration in FP7 Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, and Biotechnology Call 2009.
Representatives from European Commission and The European Technology Platform for Sustainable Chemistry will participate in the morning session to inform the attendees about the funding opportunities in 7th Framework Programme and related biotechnology networks in Europe.
The event also targets at enhancing project cooperation, therefore the participants will introduce their research profiles and/or project ideas in the afternoon session. The infoday and networking event is open to the participation of university, public body and industry representatives, IGLO Members, regional networks and the other stakeholders of this field.
