The role of Strategic Planning has never been more important in the current world of uncertainty. Roadmapping Technology has organised the 5th European Strategic Roadmapping Conference to be held at The Sheraton Heathrow Hotel on Tuesday 11th November. Delegates will learn from a team of experienced speakers how to adopt best practices in Strategic Roadmapping. Emphasis will be placed on sharing the practical aspects of introducing the Roadmapping process to an organisation, getting executive support and expanding it across the different functions within the business.
Speakers include senior management from BAE Systems, Cambridge University, Listo Nuclear Consulting, Philips and QinetiQ and the program will end with an experts panel Q&A session. Rob Phaal from Cambridge gives very practical advice on how to implement roadmapping practices and the other speakers are drawing on their own experiences of roadmapping within their organisations.
The conference will commence at 9.45 am and will finish at about 4.30 pm. There is a registration fee of £95 +VAT for UK delegates or €120 for other European attendees to include refreshments, lunch and car parking.
