How to pass from the project proposal to the contract

The course will take place in Rome and will be held in Italian and addresses both technical and administrative staff. In fact the aim of the course is to facilitate the dialogue between technical and administrative staff on all issues related to the signature of an FP7 contract.
Usually the project proposal is written by researchers and the contract is managed by administrative personnel and this causes many internal problems.
