How to manage successfully an FP7 project

Aisfor, an Italian agency specialised in training on EU funding opportunities, will hold a 2-day training course on how to manage successfully a project und the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).

26 November 2008 - 27 November 2008
Austria
Managing an FP7 project may be a hard and difficult task, much tougher than writing the proposal!
Usually coordinators of FP7 projects are unaware of their role and duties with regard to the partners of the consortium and to the European Commission. A successfull management of the project may reduce risk of encountering technical or administrative problems whilst developing the proposal itself.
For these reasons Aisfor has organised a 2-day training course on how to successfully manage a project. The course will be very practical and will illustrate with concrete examples the duties of the coordinator and of the partners.
The course will be held in Italian and will take place in Rome on November 26 - 27.For further information please visit Aisfor's web site: http://www.aisfor.it(opens in new window)
