13th International Forum on Advanced Microsystems for Automotive Applications
In 2009, a major focus shall be put on the current move of the automotive industry and the public authorities towards the Green Car. In this regard, several speakers will be presenting newly launched European projects related to energy efficient and zero emission vehicles, particularly to the electrical car (EE-VERT, E3Car). Furthermore, AMAA participants will be reporting first results of the INTERSAFE-2 project on cooperative intersection safety. Likewise prominent topics are a detector for left-behind occupants, novel driver assistance systems and several other highly integrated components for various applications in the automobile.
