Biotechnology and finance get together

The second conference of the Biotechnology & Finance Forum is to be held between 26 and 29 March 1999 in Lyon, France. It is being organised by the European Association of Securities Dealers (EASD), together with European Commission, DG XII, under the aegis of Commissioner Edith Cresson.
The conference aims to bring together biotech companies, researchers and investors, as it is felt that there is still a lack of awareness of each others' needs. The conference will also tackle wider issues, such as promoting seed financing, business development and marketing, patents and intellectual property rights.
The conference is being held under the umbrella of BioVision Lyon's first international life sciences forum and will be running in parallel with company presentations organised by the Biotech Investment Forum.For further details:
