This one day training course will show you the different steps of the contractual negotiation, reporting to the European Commission, main financial principles of European contracts, financial conditions/management, cost reimbursement systems, audits of the European Commission/Court of Auditors, administrative and contractual penalties, launch of the project, coordination with the European Commission, the Lisbon Strategy, main principles of Intellectual Property Rights under FP7, innovation and project cycle and management of external communication.
