Date changes for IST information day

The date for the information day concerning the Future and Emerging Technologies domain of the Information Society Technologies (IST) Programme in Berlin has been changed to 12 March 1999 - instead of 9 March, which had been announced earlier.
This event is one of two information days, which will focus on the proactive initiative "Quantum information processing and communication" and "Nanotechnology information devices". The first information day takes place in Rome on the 15 February.
