2010 Euro-Africa e-Infrastructures Conference in Helsinki, Finland

The Conference on ‘Strengthening Cooperation on e-Infrastructures between Europe and Africa’ will take place on 9th to 10th of December 2010 at the Scandic Marina Congress Center, Helsinki, Finland.

The “2010 Euro-Africa e-Infrastructures Conference” will be in the framework of the “2010 Euro-Africa Week on ICT Research and e-Infrastructures”, a series of events held under the aegis of the European Commission (DG INFSO, International Relations Unit + GÉANT and e-Infrastructures Unit) and the African Union Commission (AUC) with the support of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Employment and the Economy of Finland:

- 3rd Euro-Africa Cooperation Forum on ICT Research (Dec. 7-8, 2010)
- 2010 EuroAfrica e-Infrastructures Conference (Dec. 9-10, 2010)
- Lab Visits (Dec. 10, 2010)

The week is organised by the FP7 eI-Africa and EuroAfrica-ICT EU-funded projects with the support of the VTT Technical Research Center of Finland, the largest multi-technological applied research organisation in Northern Europe.
