The European Multimedia Forum (EMF) is organising a workshop "Bridging the Gap between Content and Technology" in Brussels on 22 and 23 March 1999.
The EMF maintains that convergence between content and technology is becoming an imperative if Europe is to remain competitive in the Global Information Society.
