The research network LINEE presents its policy-relevant research results on multilingualism in Europe: Brussels on the 23rd September 2010.

Topics will include policy-relevant research results regarding multilingualism in schools, language equality, language and migration, and the role of English in Europe.

LINEE (Languages in a Network of European Excellence) is a research network of nine European institutions co-funded by the EC’s 6th Framework Programme for Research. The partner institutions come from Berne, Vienna, Prague, Bozen-Bolzano, Zagreb, Soton, Szeged, Munich and Poznan.

Members of the European Parliament and Commission, other policy-makers, experts and representatives of associations will attend the event. The media have been invited as well.
