EU and Mediterranean countries meet to monitor

The Euro-Mediterranean RTD cooperation will be holding its sixth Monitoring Committee meeting in Bremen, Germany, between 18 and 20 April 1999.
The Committee will debate mechanisms and means for enhancement of synergies between the EU's Fifth Framework Programme (FP5) for Research, Technological Development and Demonstration (RTD) and national RTD programmes, as well as to update the action plan in the context of regional integration and cooperation through investments in research capacity and excellence.
