A jury composed of representatives of the Partner Associations selects the winners on the basis of an open application process. The European Seal of e-Excellence Award Ceremony will take place at CeBIT (http://www.cebit.com(opens in new window)) the European trade show for the ICT industry, on 1st March 2011.
