The International Conference on Circulating Nucleic Acids in Plasma and Serum, is an international meeting which has been developing since 1999 in some cities all over the world every two years.

This meeting brings together scientists of different fields from biomedicine who are leading their research experiments in the field of circulating nucleic acids detected in plasma and serum, to elucidate their biological significance and potential role.
