Recently elected, a European Commission, Directorate-General XIII, Steering Committee has established Special Interest Groups (SIGs) for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU): Multimedia Access to Education and Training in Europe and the launch meeting is taking place in Brussels on Friday, 26 March 1999

The Multimedia Access to Education and Training in Europe is a cooperation framework, which has taken the form of a MoU, under the European Commission, DG XIII, Telematics Application Programme (TAP).

Anyone who is interested can register to participate in the SIGs meeting, during which the Chair and Vice Chair will be elected and initial work programmes will be agreed upon for each of the ten initial SIGs.
