Involved in FP7 Projects? Attend Finance in FP7 & Coordinating FP7 Projects training in Pisa, Italy

One day courses on Finance in FP7 projects (9th November 2011 ) and Coordination of FP7 projects (10th November 2011) will be held in Pisa, Italy, by Paul Drath of Singleimage, a leading expert in FP7 training activities with an extensive experience of EU research projects gained over the last 18 years.

The workshop on Finance will cover everything from eligible costs to interest earned on advance payments, from payment terms to penalties, from subcontracting to social costs. The workshop is essential for finance and administration staff involved in EU research projects, whether as a coordinator or partner. It is also suitable for project managers and professional advisors working on these projects.

The workshop on Coordinating FP7 projects address all details from the formal basis of the project, contracts to reporting and review with the practicalities of coordinating a multi-partner, multi-country project . It is aimed at research managers and administrators coordinating EU collaborative research projects. It is also suitable for those managing their organisation’s participation in EU collaborative projects, or developing the management section of proposals for these projects.

Participation to both modules offer FP7 funded project personnel a 360° knowledge of FP7 project management from a contractual and financial point-of-view. Participants to the workshops are limited to ensure maximum interaction. Through the lectures and exercises, in a short period of time, the workshops will give you a practical interpretation of the EU financial and coordination rules and guidelines drawing on the real experience of lecturer Paul Drath.
