Cumbria considers FP5

To assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and commercial companies to prepare proposals for submission under the European Union's Fifth Framework Programme (FP5) for Research, Technological development and Demonstration (RTD), European Liaison Unit (with Business Link Cumbria and RITAP) is holding an "FP5 Programme in Cumbria" event in Penrith, Cumbria, on 28 April 1999.
