EPoSS Proposers' Day 2011 in Barcelona, Spain

The focus of the Proposers‘ Day is on objectives of the current ICT Work Programme and calls that are relevant for EPoSS, in particular

* Micro-Nano-Bio Systems (39 M€)
* PPP FoF: Manufacturing Solutions for New ICT Products (20 M€)
* PPP FoF: Smart Factories: Energy-aware, Agile Manufacturing and Customization (40 M€)
* PPP GC: ICT for Fully Electric Vehicles (30 M€)
* Cooperative Systems for Energy Efficient and Sustainable Mobility (40 M€)
* Smart Energy Grids (30 M€)

Objectives of the event are to

* provide up-to-date information on the relevant objectives of the current ICT Work Programme 2011-2012
* inform on upcoming calls that are relevant to the EPoSS community
* provide answers to questions related to those calls and to the proposal procedure
* give proposers the opportunity to present their project ideas and proposals
* create a forum for fruitful discussion on promising project ideas
* help organizations find partners for successful project consortia
* offer a special COWIN training session on IPR issues in research projects

Deadline for submission is 16 September 2011.

The Proposers' Day takes place in the framework of the EPoSS Annual Forum 2011 "Towards Smart Systems Products".
