From Germany to Poland and back again

The REECO Group continues its growth and expansion

22 September 2011 - 25 September 2011
Austria
The REECO Group has been organizing successful trade fairs in several European countries for several years now. The 12th International Energy Trade Fair RENEXPO will take place in Augsburg from September 22nd-25th, 2011 and cover the entire spectrum of regenerative energies, intelligent energy distribution and energy efficiency. This year, a new member of the RENEXPO family is being added: the RENEXPO Poland, which will open its doors from October 26th-28th, 2011 in Warsaw.

Cogeneration will be one of the leading topics at this year's RENEXPO in Augsburg. The forum has established its position as the largest European exhibition for the cogeneration sector. Additional key themes include wood energy, wood carburetors, short rotation forestry, large heat pumps, micro heating grids, sustainable power grids and energy efficient building and renovation. The event will also include information on the full range of financing, subsidy and insurance options. Around 350 exhibitors will present a unique overview of the newest innovations and developments in the industry.

Ca. 14,000 visitors and 1,000 conference participants are expected to attend the 12th RENEXPO in Augsburg. The popularity of the event helps create a key meeting point for leaders, decision makers, specialists, investors and stakeholders in the renewable energy industry at one of the leading energy trade fairs in Europe. The trade fair enjoys support from over 50 partners, including the top trade associations and interest groups in the sector. Around 50 media partners support the event through communications and advertising, reaching out to the most important target groups of the trade fair such as energy suppliers, industry, architects, planners, engineers, public administrators, housing administrations, energy consultants, skilled trades, agriculture, forestry and research & development.

The newest member of the RENEXPO series is the RENEXPO Poland, opening its doors for the first time from October 26th-28th, 2011 in Warsaw. Poland is also the partner nation of this year's RENEXPO in Augsburg. The Polish RENEXPO introduces a new standard of quality to the Polish market. It is no coincidence that the Polish presidency of the Council of the EU is serving as the event's patron. Over 120 exhibitors from all areas of the renewable energies are expected to present at the trade fair in Warsaw. Along with the trade fair, a series of high-quality conferences on the topics of bioenergy, photovoltaics, hydropower and passive houses will also take place, creating a strong platform for a competent exchange of knowledge and experiences with experts in all fields surrounding the renewable energies.

“We are happy to be able to continue the successful growth of the RENEXPO in the growing Polish market and strengthen the partnership with Poland as the German RENEXPO's little sister,” notes Marek Schinke, project manager of the RENEXPO Poland. The internationally renown RENEXPO series of trade fairs is a perfect match with the promising and growing Polish market, guaranteeing success for this new innovative central European energy platform.
