German event will look at the car of tomorrow

A conference entitled "The car of tomorrow" will be held in Trier, Germany, on 27 May 1999. Topics to be discussed during this conference will include:

- Combustion engines;
- Active and passive safety.

Organised by the Fachhochschule (Technical School) Trier and SIT-Consulting, this conference will also discuss issues such as engine and vehicle technology. Additionally, a number of EU-funded projects will be presented during the event.
