A training course on "Sensory analysis in the food industry" will be held in the National Technological Centre for the Canning Industry (CTC) in Molina de Segura, Spain, between 23 and 25 June 1999. This course is the last of five training actions supported by the European Commission's Leonardo da Vinci programme.
The aim is to disseminate knowledge on sensory analysis in the Food Industry. This course is primarily aimed at technicians from SMEs, but also at young professionals with graduate level qualifications.
