Conference highlights new Internet initiatives

A conference highlighting new Internet initiatives in Europe and North America will be held in Lund, Sweden, from 7 to 10 June 1999. This event will consist of several plenary sessions, tutorials and workshops.
Entitled, TERENA-NORDUnet Networking Conference 1999, it will provide an opportunity to keep up-to-date with Internet developments and discuss the challenges facing the research and education community.
The conference is being organised by TERENA, the Trans-European Education and Research Networking Association, which is part of the EU-funded SCIMITAR project, and NORDUnet, the Nordic networking organisation.
