COWIN Marketplace @ Euripides Annual Forum 2012

The Euripides Annual Forum is one of the main “smart rendez-vous” for the smart systems community in Europe, bringing together innovation stakeholders especially decision makers in industry, SMEs, academia, clusters, and public authorities. Euripides offers indeed a unique capability and network in Europe to develop and support the expansion of integrated smart systems in highly diverse and complementary application fields. In this regard, Euripides forums aim thus at facilitating the creation of consortia and projects’ building in the smart systems area. The 2012 edition will set a particular focus on emerging technologies and future markets in the field of wireless connectivity (RFID, NFC), smart power applications and smart systems for medical applications.

COWIN is working in close collaboration with the Euripides cluster to design this event as a platform dedicated to networking, new partnerships and industrial take-up of advanced technologies. Thus COWIN will organise this year again a COWIN Marketplace during the Forum focusing on the identification of business and technological opportunities for smart systems as well as on the identification of best partners to bring innovative technologies to market.

Meet with future key partners

Optimise your time schedule and increase your chances of successful collaborations with one-to-one meetings organised by COWIN. This service is based on the identification and the selection, prior to the event, of attractive match between potential partners.

COWIN’s selection is done among:

• the attractive technologies identified by COWIN’s team in wireless connectivity, smart power and medical devices
• the forum’s participants
• the regional smart systems community
• and COWIN’s own contacts database.

Face-to-face meetings will take place in parallel to the Euripides forum on 13th and 14th June.

Promote your research results

COWIN Marketplace fosters the promotion and the dissemination of innovative technologies resulting from European research projects and gives you the opportunity to present a poster and to participate in the EoIs (Expression of Interests) session of the forum. This session allows participants to present their current R&D projects ideas and to highlight their proposal to the forum’s audience in 5 minutes talks.

COWIN Marketplace will take place in the framework of the Euripides Annual Forum 2012, taking place in Graz (Austria) from 13 - 15 June, 2012. This sixth edition will focus on emerging technologies and future markets in the field of wireless connectivity (RFID, NFC), smart power applications and smart systems for medical applications.
