This workshop is an extended version of our one-day finance workshop. It provides a greater level of detail, addresses a wider range of funding opportunities, and includes additional practical exercises. The section on audit has been expanded, and the two days concludes with an overview of proposals for Horizon 2020, successor to FP7 due to start in 2014.
The workshop addresses the financial rules and practices of the Cooperation and Capacities Programmes of FP7. It also covers the rules necessary to produce the financial statements (Form C) for European Research Council grants.
Attendance of this workshop is essential for finance and administration staff involved in EU research projects, whether as a coordinator or partner. It is also suitable for project managers and professional advisors working on these projects.
