ECODRIVE: Green transport for a cleaner environment

ECODRIVE, a conference to address pollution from cars, will be held in Graz, Austria, on 16 and 17 September 1999.
The conference will consider how driving in an energy efficient manner can be achieved without complicated or costly measures. It will take the approach of an international conference and a national workshop.
Representatives from the Austrian Ministry for Science and Transport and the Ministry for Environment, Youth and Family will open the event, along with Patrick Lambert, representing the European Commission's Energy Directorate General (DG XVII) and Karl-Heinz Posch, from Austrian Mobility Research.
