Training Course on Financial Management and Auditing of FP7 projects - Advanced Course – Milan, 13rd – 15th November 2012
The following topics will be covered:
-General financial provisions: Reg. (EC) 1906/2006 of 18th December 2006, the Grant Agreement and other European Commission documents;
-Funding Schemes;
-Direct costs: personnel, consumables, durables, subsistence costs and other direct costs (subcontracts and costs of third parties);
-Indirect costs and eligible methods of calculation;
-Ineligible costs;
-Project financial reporting;
-Auditing and certification requirements: procedures and required supporting documents.
Throughout the course specific attention will be devoted to the illustration of the Commission's proposal on the rules for participation to Horizon 2020.
The course is targeted to specifically address the needs of professionals and project managers involved in the management of FP7 projects, both in the private and public sector. The course can be an important tool to help participants to effectively manage projects and further develop their internal management strategies. It can also provide a useful opportunity to network and share good practices.
THE COURSE WILL BE HELD IN ITALIAN. Courses can also be offered in English on demand.
