FP-7 Winter Academy Workshop will be held from 5-8 February 2013 in Lake Velence
Hungary.
This intensive 4-day course gives you the full life-cycle of project management – from the 'Grant Agreement Negotiation' to 'post-project EC financial audits' phase – through intensive lectures and interactive workshops.
The lecturers and workshop leaders are flesh-and-bone project managers and coordinators, whose day-to-day work is to make sure that their multiple projects are implemented according to EC Grant Agreement, problems are promptly tackled, and project partners adequately assisted in legal, technical and financial management issues.

Workshop: FP7 Project Management
Solve the real life-case scenarios in small groups acting like a project consortium: find out how to handle non-performing partners, internal problems, delays, IPR issues or any bottlenecks.
Workshop: Financial Reporting and EC Audits
Learn how to prepare bullet-proof FORM Cs by analysing time-sheets, personnel costs calculations, travel and equipment invoices provided during the exercise.
