Facility management concepts in building

VDI, the association of German engineers, is organising a training seminar aimed at introducing facility management concepts in existing buildings. The seminar will be held in Stuttgart, Germany, on 29 September 1999.
Participants will discover the advantages of reorganisation and using facility management concepts in office and administrative buildings. They will also see the limitations of existing methods in comparison. A session will look at relevant aspects of contract law and labour law. The afternoon session will provide participants with the opportunity to undertake practical exercises, trying out and seeing for themselves the facility management concepts presented in the morning.
