KIC InnoEnergy Industry Conference 2012 in Stuttgart, Germany

The European network KIC InnoEnergy, funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), aims at closing the innovation gap and boosting Europe’s innovative strength in the field of sustainable energy.
The KIC InnoEnergy Industry Conference 2012 will foster technology and knowledge transfer across national borders, between industry-industry and research-industry. The conference supports building the bridge from research to industry, bringing together the innovation potential of German industry with the competences of the KIC InnoEnergy network.
Representatives from eight European countries present the state-of-the-art in the energy topics “Renewable Energies”, “Energy from Chemical Fuels”, “Clean Coal”, “Sustainable Nuclear & Renewable Energy Convergence”, “Intelligent Buildings and Cities” and “Smart Grids and Energy Storage”.
Participants have the possibility to catch up and discuss on the latest projects concerning sustainable energy. International cooperation projects will be discussed as well as European educational programmes. Representatives from industry, economy, science, education and politics will come together.
