ACQUEAU 1st wokshop 2013

On the occasion of its Open Call launch, ACQUEAU organises its first workshop 2013 on the 19th February in Brussels.

Three priority challenges will be discussed:
■water and wastewater infrastructures
■water and wastewater treatment processes with a focus on water quantity and quality
■energy saving and recovery innovations targetting the connection between water and energy

ACQUEAU is the EUREKA Cluster for water. ACQUEAU is composed of major industry players networking together with small businesses and academia to develop new innovative projects, partly supported financially by public funds.

ACQUEAU invites all water stakeholders to join its workshop taking place in Brussels on the February 19, 2013 and organised by blue chip companies Suez, VEOLIA, BASF, Atkins, UKWIR, Acciona and Abengoa.

This workshop aims to bring together relevant R&D and innovation stakeholders to develop projects ideas around three challenges in relation to water technologies:
■water and wastewater infrastructures
■water and wastewater treatment processes with a focus on water quantity and quality
■energy saving and recovery innovations targetting the connection between water and energy
