Third international food safety and HACCP conference

The third international food safety and HACCP conference takes place in Noordwijkerhout, The Netherlands, from 18 to 20 October 1999, and is organised by TNO, the Dutch contract research organisation.
The conference, along with a workshop on HACCP and hygiene auditing on 20 October, are aimed at businesses and food quality professionals at all stages of the agri-food chain: regulatory authorities and inspectors, certifying bodies and auditors, consulting agencies and advisors, and consumers and their associations. The following topics in food safety and HACCP (hazard analysis critical control points) will be covered:
- Food safety: management and assessment;
- Practical use of HACCP: lessons learned;
- Food safety requirements;
- Significant hazards;
- Prerequisite programmes.
