EuroSPI'99 - Get ready for a futuristic experience

The 1999 European Software Process Improvement conference 'EuroSPI'99' takes the theme 'Learn from the past - experience the future' in Pori, Finland, from 25 to 27 October 1999.
The event is aimed at providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge gained from experience of improvement exercises, which aim to provide a return on investment.
The first day will be taken up with tutorials, covering topics such as 'action planning techniques for SPI' and 'SPI in the regions of Europe'. The conference itself will be spread over the following two days, split into 14 sessions. There will also be two keynote sessions on 'Improving the way we improve the software process' and 'SPI experiences from an EU perspective - chances, opportunities, and lessons learned'.
