Wind Power to Gas Grid + EU BC&E 2013 Matchmaking, 5 June 2013, Bella Centre, Copenhagen

Power to gas is a new buzzword for the integration of renewable electricity with gas infrastructure.

5 June 2013 - 5 June 2013
Austria
Denmark has high ambitions with the unreliable wind power and for increasing the production of biogas from manure. Through methanation we can integrate these two systems into the gas grid for storage. The gas grid can then produce electricity when no winds blow or be used for the transport sector. Different technologies will be presented followed by the possibility of matchmaking.
