The eleventh conference of the Association for Computing Machinery on Hypertext and Hypermedia will take place in San Antonio, USA, from 30 May to 3 June 2000.
Hypertext is a powerful concept for structuring and accessing information, and can be found in numerous information systems including the Internet.
At Hypertext 2000 the latest results and developments in hypertext and hypermedia will be fully fleshed out, in particular applications related to the Internet.
The event will be an opportunity to share experiences of hypermedia (objects, links, paths, spaces, time, collections, navigational aids) and the use of hypermedia concepts and technologies in special domains (authoring, publishing, human-computer interaction, digital libraries, electronic literature, computer supported cooperative work, databases, operating systems, software engineering, education, global information systems).
The conference will be co-located with Digital Libraries 2000 held on 2 to 7 June 2000, so delegates can attend both events.
