Guided Tour to the NuOffice, a building up to sustainable building standards

The Nu-Office is an office building, located in Domagkstrasse. From an eco-friendly point of view the Nu-Office is built to “Sustainable Building” standards, as a non-private housing and a unique example in Germany.

During the guided tour through the building the following items will be visited:

- the HVAC central technical support rooms on the underground floors (heat absorption pump, connection to ground water wells and district heating etc) ,
- the roof with photovoltaic system,
- the facade with rear vented suspended layer and photochromatic glazing and parts of the lighting system
