Innovative products, processes and organisation - information days

As part of the awareness campaign for the Growth programme's Key Action on 'Innovative products, processes and organisation', three information days and partner mediation events will take place in Germany: in Duisburg on 30 November 1999, in Berlin on 1 December, and in Stuttgart on 9 December.
This Key Action will be the subject of a second call for proposals, due to be published on 15 December 1999 and the Commission is organising a series of events to target a wider range of potential participants and increase the number of successful proposals. Participants at the information days will receive presentations from Commission officials and from the relevant national and regional contact points. These will present the programme and the opportunities of the upcoming call, as well as look at lessons from the first call. Potential proposers will also have the chance to discuss their projects individually with the experts present.
The international partner mediation events being held alongside the information day will allow discussions to be held with potential partner companies and researchers from across Europe. Such meetings will be pre-arranged on the basis of lists of all participants, circulated in advance of the events.
