The Czech annual conference on Internet in Public Administration (ISSS) will take place in Hradec Kralove on 27 March 2000.
Building the Information Society in the Czech Republic is, according to the executive director of the conference, Tomas Rencin, a prerequisite for joining the advanced countries of Europe. The event will address how far the Czech government has prepared for the challenge, and how the new technologies will affect the Czech people.
Representatives of state administration and self government, academic institutions and entrepreneurs, as well as guest speakers from abroad will attend the event to discuss the future of the Information Society.
