Achema exhibition and congress

The Achema exhibition and congress will be held in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, from 22 to 27 May 2000. Subtitled 'A synonym for success' the event is an international meeting on chemical engineering, environmental protection and biotechnology.

Almost 4000 exhibitors from around the world will be at this major event, which is expecting a quarter of a million visitors from more than 100 countries.

The lecture programme of more than 700 lectures will cover a number of topics including, for example:

- New processes in chemical engineering and reaction technology;
- Pharmaceutical technology;
- Apparatus, mechanical and plant engineering;
- Control and automation techniques.

These lectures will offer research workers and representatives from exhibiting organisations the opportunity to present new findings and discoveries to an international audience.
