MIND project workshop and annual meeting

The Horizon 2020 MIND project will host its first annual meeting at the University of Granada, Spain, from 2 to 4 May 2016.

The project will host an open-for all workshop on 2 May that will aim at providing a forum for discussion of scientific and technical MIND project results, preparing for periodical reporting and planning on the future project program. The project workshops contribute to integration within the project and communication with a broader interested community.

Topics to be covered include:

- Molecular protocols, metagenomics and bio-informatic pipelines
- Research design working with buffers and back-fill - incubation systems, densities and swelling properties, detection of microbial activity and diversity

The project’s inaugural annual meeting will begin in the morning of 3 May and continue until lunchtime on 4 May.
