Polymerix 2000, a conference focusing on food and cosmetic applications of biopolymers, will be held in Rennes, France, on 7 and 8 June 2000.
This seminar will bring together scientists, engineers and technical personnel using polymers either from plant, animal or microbial biomass in the agro-food and cosmetic industries.
The two days of the symposium will be divided into four half-day sessions including presentations selected by the scientific committee.
The Centre de Biotechnologies en Bretagne is organising the event, which is supported by Region Bretagne, the Ministère de l'Education Nationale de l'Enseignement Superieur et de la Recherche; Rennes District, and the Conseil General d'Ille et Vilaine.
