Conference to look at cooperation in space research

The second conference on academic and industrial cooperation in space research has been announced with a call for papers. The event will take place from 15 to 17 November 2000 in Vienna, Austria.
The main purpose of the event is to bring together and analyse the value and potential applications of R&D activities taking place in European universities and research centres.
The conference will be divided into two tracks: highly innovative research and technologies and cooperation and harmonisation issues. The first will look at short presentations from universities, research centres and SMEs, while the second will focus on formal papers analysing the possible academic-industrial cooperation.
Those wishing to submit presentations for track one or proposed papers for track two should send an outline of their proposals by March 31, 2000.
