The CarboEurope project kick-off meeting will be held in Torgiano (Perugia), Italy, from 1 to 5 March 2000.
This will be the first meeting for the CarboEurope cluster projects, which are funded by the European Commission's programme for Energy Environment and Sustainable development, part of the Fifth RTD Framework programme.
The CarboEurope cluster is a major new initiative on closing the continental carbon balance.
The event will include plenary and working group discussions.
