A programme of conferences will be taking place in Spain throughout March 2000 focusing on the theme of "Continuous training in the food and beverage industry".

Due to take place in Madrid on March 8, in Granada on March 14 and in Lugo on March 22, the conferences will bring together training experts in the field to speak on the main problems faced in the continuous training in the sector and to try to find ways to resolve them. The OBAL project, Observatory of Food and Beverages on the Internet, will also be unveiled at the conferences.

The conferences have been co-financed by the Social European Fund, objective 4.
