The diXa project is dedicated to developing and implementing a robust and sustainable service infrastructure for data from EU-funded research into ‘omics-based non-animal tests for predicting chemical safety. During the past three years we have organised 11 training courses ranging from “Microarray Analysis using R and Bioconductor” to “Molecular network in Toxciogenomics. The diXa project will soon be delivering the final scientific report and software portal. To mark the occasion we are organising an open conference and hands-on training workshop. The purpose of the open conference is to share the scientific results of the project and to debate the latest advances and future challenges in Toxicogenomics.
Key topics for the conference are:
- diXa Data Warehouse
- diXa use cases
- Network-based interpretation of Toxicogenomics data
- Current and future challenges in Toxicogenomic data management
Day 2 will be a hands-on training workshop, there will be time to explore the diXa data warehouse and you will be able to prioritise from several modules during the registration process (Functional Genomics, Proteomics Networks and pathways, ChEMBL & SureChEMBL).
