The organisers of the tenth international forum on technology management have now published a first announcement and call for papers for the event, which is scheduled from 27 November to 1 December 2000 in Vienna, Austria.

The forum will revolve around the theme of 'the imperative for service driven organisations - creating and marketing new value through knowledge'. The event aims to provide participants with the knowledge tools and contact network needed to lead their organisations towards a new business environment.

The following topics will be covered:

- creating new value in an e-business environment;
- service/e-business in a technology-driven context;
- marketing & strategy - imperatives for a service driven organisation;
- capturing your people's intellectual capital through KM;
- building successful new ventures, spin-offs and clusters.

The event is organised by the Austrian innovation relay centre 'Danube'.
