Predictive modelling in foods
These will take in some of the following areas:
- predictive modelling methodologies;
- novel techniques for data collection and mining;
- predictive microbiology of structure foods;
- modelling microbial interactions;
- modelling (in) activation of biological food components;
- predictive modelling for process design, process optimisation and quantitative risk assessment;
- predictive modelling in industry;
- validation of predictive models.
Participants are invited to submit summaries for papers and posters to the conference secretariat at the address before 24 June 2000.
The event is organised by the Catholic University of Leuven.
