New discoveries in brain research

CINP 2000, the largest international congress on neuroscience and brain research will open on 10 July in Brussels with over 5,000 participants.
Advances presented during the congress will include recent findings related to understanding the major causes and treatment of major neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, mood disorders, anxiety and sleep disorders. Neuropsychiatric genetics and pharmacogenetics, as well as technological developments in brain imaging, molecular genetics and neuro-informatics will also be presented.
