Sensor technology in European industry

A partnering event for sensor technology in European industry will be held on 4 and 5 December 2000 in Helsingør (Elsinore) Denmark. The event is organised by the Danish Agency for trade and industry, Eureka and the Sensor Technology Centre A/S

There will be a focus on the following three subjects:

- health, food and environment;
- industry, transportation and energy;
- new materials for sensors.

The event's main aim is to offer companies and research organisations an opportunity to:

- exchange information and views on their field;
- create new business opportunities;
- identify potential partners for joint business activities or research and to set up meetings with them during the event;
- find partners and help in project identification;
- assist participants in getting information on relevant funding opportunities.

The event will include plenary sessions, parallel workshops, individual meetings, brochure display and poster presentations, and a final plenary session when the results of the partnering event will be discussed. There will also be assistance from national Eureka offices.
