Women entrepreneurs in the biotechnology industry

A meeting focused on women entrepreneurs in the biotechnology industry will be held on 20 September 2000 in Brussels.
Four accomplished women working in the biotechnology industry from Denmark, France, Sweden and the United Kingdom will talk about their professional life and the opportunities as well as the impediments for women entrepreneurs in one of the fastest growing business sectors.
Gunilla Carlsson and Eryl McNally, Members of the European Parliament, will introduce the event, which will be followed by a general discussion and reception.
The event is organised with the support of EuropaBio and the European Federation of Biotechnology (EFB) task group of public perceptions on biotechnology.
