EARMA announces new season of training programmes for research managers
It includes the training courses which have become part of the organisation's 'standard' training programme. This includes courses related to the European Commission's Fifth Framework programme, offered in cooperation with Hyperion, and the 'effective negotiations' and 'presentations skills' courses.
There will also be a new training course on 'international project management', aimed to provide the special knowledge project managers and project staff need in order to run their projects efficiently. The course will deliver theoretical background, specific skills, tools and knowledge of how to cope with changes or problems that may occur once a project has started. Participants will also have the opportunity to get a focus on their own projects. All topics will be illustrated with successful national and international projects and will be based on the more
than 30 years experience of the trainer Prof. Bernd Madauss.
The following courses are planned:
- Presentation Skills, 23 and 24 October 2000, Genoa;
- How to write a competitive proposal for the 5th Framework Programme, 26 October 2000, London;
- How to manage a competitive proposal for the 5th Framework Programme, 27 October 2000, London;
